A veteran teacher and teacher educator, ‘Saras’ as she’s affectionately called by her friends and students, is aptly named after the Hindu goddess of knowledge. One of the pioneers of ELT [English Language Teaching] in India, Saras is a veritable treasure house of knowledge for teachers.
P. Vijayalakshmi has been in the field of school education in various capacities for the last three decades. Though the principal of a leading school for 16 years, she is proud to call herself a teacher first. Initiating student-peer interactions and discussions beyond the textbook are key to her success as a teacher. She firmly believes that the teacher is a role model and has a huge impact on the life of a child. She brings this conviction into her teacher training programs, while keeping pace with the emerging trends in education.

Dr. Seethalakshmi Viswanath is an educationist and a teacher educator. She has for more than two decades been principal of CBSE, IB and ICSE schools. A passionate teacher with forty years’ experience, her love for children has enabled her to innovate in the classroom using effective teaching strategies. She brings a wealth of experience to teacher training programs given her deep understanding of the requirements of both stakeholders in the education ecosystem – students and teachers.

Mrs. Padmini Sriraman –Teacher Educator with more than two decades of experience. Former Principal-The Hindu Senior Secondary School Adyar Chennai. Resource Person for CBSE in training Teachers & Principals till date. Recipient of the CBSE National Award from the CBSE, Ministry of HR, Govt. of India in the year 2012. Recipient of the Best Principal Award from Bombay Stock Exchange.
Mrs. Vineetha Anil

A passionate Educationist with a varied experience of over 24 years in the field of Education, Mrs. Vineetha Anil started her teaching career as a Lecturer in Economics in a renowned undergraduate College in Hyderabad. She worked in the same capacity even after moving to Bangalore. She started teaching at school level as she believed that transforming the lives of the younger generation is the key to a strong nation. Her dedication and integrity towards her profession and student community, gave her the opportunity to head a renowned CBSE school in Bangalore for almost seven years. She also held the esteemed position of Associate Academic Director of a chain of schools in Bangalore.
A teacher since 1970 Alka Rai started her career as a lecturer in the state of MP. She taught postgraduate students for five years. Gave up the same when she got married to an Airforce Officer. Retired in 2007 after serving as HOD English for 16 years in Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute, New Delhi. For the last 15 years she has been a teacher educator. She was the member of the content development team for Communicative English for class X, and Functional English for Classes XI & XII. She was Associated Publisher as a textbook writer also. She has developed content for Trinity College London and trained teachers of Punjab Govt Schools under this project. Her forte is certainly the entire ELT suite. She includes dramatics and storytelling as innovative pedagogies as mandated by NEP. She also trains teachers for developing creative writing skills at all levels.
